You can use Lead Connect 360 right out of the box on the Gold Plan if you're up for some set up of your custom fields, text and email templates, and your workflows. If you want a little more done for you, you'll want to upgrade to the Platinum plan.
If you're using Zapier for other systems, you'll want to keep it. But if you need for Zapier was to connect Lead Connect 360 to Google Sheets, Slack, or connect other systems with LC360 via inbound or outbound webhooks, then no, you can save yourself some money by replacing Zapier with our lower cost option.
